This will be covered in our third podcast, but this article provides a great insight into two different types of setups: Easy and Complicated. The complicated is even too complicated for my tastes, not to mention expensive (the Manfrotto 'Giant Camera Stand' is $650 alone). Combining the two will probably be the most practical application of this information.
