Adobe Photoshop CS5 Technology Preview

I just stumbled across this a few minutes ago:

The one and only reason I thought it belonged here is due to the last technology preview the demonstration covers - improved warping. Currently, the warp tool in Photoshop is good - as long as you have patience. It appears that the new warp tool allows the user to anchor specific section of the image while warping the rest. That's a huge benefit for real estate photographers who need to correct those straight lines.

Would this be better than using PT Lens?

Hey Frank,

My gut tells me that anything other than dedicated distortion-correction software like PTLens or DxO Optics will not be as versatile - at the same time, I can see using this sort of feature in different circumstances. PTLens and DxO don't just correct warping at the edges of the lens, they correct for the distortion throughout the entire lens - attempting (very competently, I might add) to make the image exactly as it should. I mostly see myself using this type of warping for extreme situations.
