Great idea. I've been thinking of doing something like that.
It looks like you are shooting more with multiple flashes now and not so much exposure blends. I'm trying to experiment with using multiple flash units and only use exposure blends when I really need it like for a view or tricky light situation.
Good eye - the top photos on this faux-newsletter were shot using off-camera flashes as opposed to using exposure fusion. That's a good topic to talk about and I'm not exactly sure where to begin. I've been toying with the idea of putting a series of podcasts together that delve deep into this topic, similar to what Scott Hargis did with his eBook on lighting, but instead in video form.
